Newly revised in 2004,
Saxon Math 7/6 is made up of five instructional components:
- Warm up Activities including Facts Practice, Mental Math, and Problem Solving
- Daily Lesson
- Lesson Practice
- Cumulative Practice
- Cumulative Tests.
This new format is now two-colored and includes word problems, functions and coordinate graphing, integers, exponential expressions, divisibility concepts, prime factorization, ratios and probability, radius, circumference, and pi, and complementary and supplementary angles.
Included in the new style kits are the student textbook (ISBN 978-1-59141-319-6: Paperback, 120 lessons; 766 pages), the tests and worksheets (ISBN 978-1-59141-323-3: Paperback, 251 pages including facts practice sheets, activity sheets, and 23 tests, plus reporting forms), and a solutions manual with step-by-step solutions to all the problems and tests (ISBN 978-1-59141-327-1: Paperback, 336 pages).
